Braces after a car accident, billed to No-Fault
New York No-Fault pays for medical equipment after a car accident, no matter who caused it. We bill your auto insurer directly.
Braces for work injuries, billed to Workers' Comp
New York workers' compensation pays for equipment prescribed for a job-related injury. We bill the carrier and handle the approvals.
What we need from your doctor
A prescription and a recent visit note or progress note. Your doctor can fax both to (844) 438-5893, or you can bring them to the store.
